Shipping

All orders are dispatched within a reasonable timeframe and sent with full tracking information. Everything is packaged and posted individually by Scarlett, so exact timings can vary. Pots are wrapped using eco packaging with no, or minimal plastic used. Once dispatched, the customer will receive an accurate delivery timeline.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries at the address provided. If you expect to be away, please contact us before dispatch and we will be happy to arrange a later shipping date where possible.

Shipping payments made do not include any import fees which may occur when purchasing from abroad. Any additional costs are at the expense of the customer.

If a shipment goes missing, Scarlett will file for compensation from the courier once this has been officially declared. When the compensation is processed the customer will receive a full refund.

Returns

 

Refunds and returns

You can request a return up to 30 days after receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the email proof of purchase. 

All returns will be paid for and arranged by the customer, except for in situations where the items arrive damaged. Original shipping costs are non refundable, unless the items arrive damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Made to order items and studio sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
